To create or edit your forms click on the Account Settings button on the left navigation or you can also click on the gear icon
at the top of the site. Then click the Forms tab.
Creating a Bill
To update your services click on the Account Settings button on the left navigation or you can also click on the gear icon
at the top of the site. Then click the Services Provided tab.
To add a new service click the + Add Service Type link. Enter the service name and click Save Changes.
If you want to remove a service, click the X next to the service name.
From the Account setting home page you can update your business settings.
To update your business settings click on the Account Settings button on the left navigation or you can also click on the gear icon
at the top of the site.
Company Address
You can update your company address by typing in the address. Service Wiz will lookup the address and attempt to autocomplete it. If you see your address in the dropdown, click it to fill in the rest of your address.
Company Logo
You can upload your company logo.
Sales Tax
Enter you state sales tax amount. You can either enter as 7 or .07 for 7 percent.
Hourly Labor Rate
Enter you business’s hourly labor rate. This will be used in your quotes, work orders and iinvoices when entering labor charges.
Time zone
Select your time zone. This is used to determine the times for appointments.
Hours of Operation
Enter your business’s hours of operation. This will be used for displaying available time slots for appointment scheduling and displayed on your business website.
Accept Online Payments
This will determine if links for online payments are displayed on invoices and your website.
Customers are automatically entered whenever you create an invoice, quote, work order or invoice. When you are typing in the customer name, Service Wiz will attempt to find an existing customer and show you a dropdown list. You can select the existing customer or fill in the customer data and a new customer will be created.
To view your customers, click on “Customers” on the left side menu, then click “View Customers”. The customers are ordered alphabetically by last name. You can resort the list by clicking the headers, it will initial sort in ascending order, by clicking the header again it will order in descending order.

To view your bill payments, click on “Bills” on the left side menu, then click “View Payments”. The payments are ordered by the date paid in descending order, so newest payments will be displayed at the top. You can resort the list by clicking the headers, it will initial sort in ascending order, by clicking the header again it will order in descending order.
To enter a payment, click on “Bills” on the left side menu, then click “View Bills”. Then click the actions menu to the right of the bill you want to pay and choose Enter Payment from the drop down.

Enter the payment information, and click the Enter Payment button.
To view your vendors, click on “Bills” on the left side menu, then click “View Vendors”. The vendors are ordered alphabetically. You can resort the list by clicking the headers, it will initial sort in ascending order, by clicking the header again it will order in descending order.

Adding A Vendor
To add a vendor go to the vendors list (see above), then click the + Add Vendor link in the top right. Enter all of the vendor data and click save changes.
Editing a Vendor
To edit a vendor go to the vendors list (see above), then click the actions menu to the right of the vendor you want to edit and choose edit vendor from the drop down.
To edit a bill, click on “Bills” on the left side menu, then click “View Bills”. Next click on the action menu to the right of the bill you want to edit. This will show you a popup of actions, click Edit Bill.

To create a bill, click on “Bills” on the left side menu, then click “Create Bill”. The bills are ordered by the due date in descending order, so newest bills will be displayed at the top. You can resort the list by clicking the headers, it will initial sort in ascending order, by clicking the header again it will order in descending order.
Complete all the required data related to the bill. Once you have completed the form click “Save Changes”.
