To view your bills, click on “Bills” on the left side menu, then click “View Bills”. The bills are ordered by the due date in descending order, so newest bills will be displayed at the top. You can resort the list by clicking the headers, it will initial sort in ascending order, by clicking the header again it will order in descending order.
To view your reports click on “Financials” on the left side menu, then click “Reports”. You will see a list of reports tabs at the top of the reports page
Account Aging
The account aging report shows you a list of all of your invoices that are due and the aging group.
Income Statement
The income statement is financial report that summarize a company’s revenues, costs, expenses, and profits or losses over a specific period.
To view your chart of accounts, click on “Financials” on the left side menu, then click “Chart of Accounts”. You can click the + Add General Ledger Account in the top right of the page. This will add a new parent level account.
You can also click on the actions menu to the right of a general ledger account, and click the Add Account under Account Name. This will add the new account under the parent account and assign the appropriate general ledger account number.
When adding a new account, you will enter the description, account type and general ledger account number. You can click SHOW ACCOUNTS to display your chart of accounts. If you click on an account in the Current General Ledger Accounts list, it will populate the General Ledger Account number.
Once you have made your changes, you can click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
To view your chart of accounts, click on “Financials” on the left side menu, then click “Chart of Accounts”. The chart of accounts are ordered by account name.
To edit a bank account, click on “Financials” on the left side menu, then click “Bank Accounts”. Next click on the action menu to the right of the bank account you want to edit. This will show you a popup of actions, click Edit Bank Account.
Once you have made your changes, you can click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
To view your bank accounts, click on “Financials” on the left side menu, then click “Bank Accounts”. Click on the + Add Bank Account in the upper right corner of the page.
You will be asked to enter the account name, description, balance and general ledger account. Below the general ledger account field is a Click here to autofill link. This will generate the appropriate general ledger account.
If this account is your primary bank account, click the Default Account checkbox.
To edit an employee , click on “Staff/Employees” on the left side menu, then click “View Staff”. Next click on the action menu to the right of the employee you want to edit. This will show you a popup of actions, click Edit Employee.
Once you have made your changes, you can click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
To add an employee you can click on “Staff/Employees” on the left side menu, then click “Add Staff”.
If the employee needs a user account, so they can login, click the Create User Account checkbox. If the employee is a service technician, click the Employee is a Service Tech. This will make them visible in the service tech lists when assigning a technician to a service call or work order.
Adding a photo
We highly recommend uploading a photo of all service technicians. Whenever a customer receives a notification that a service call or work order has been initiated, if the service tech has a photo, it will be displayed to the customer.
To add a photo, you can click the “Upload Photo” button which will allow you to choose a photo from your computer, or click “Take Photo” which will use your devices camera.
Complete all the required data related to the service call. Once you have completed the form click “Save Changes”.
To view your service calls, click on “Staff/Employees” on the left side menu, then click “View Staff”. The service calls are ordered by the newest entered first. You can resort the list by clicking the headers, it will initial sort in ascending order, by clicking the header again it will order in descending order.
