Am I Required To Sign A Contract?

No, We do not require a contract to use Service Wiz®. You can cancel your membership at anytime.


Do You Offer A Demo?

We are working on a demo account where you can take Service Wiz® for a test drive. We hope to have that completed very soon. If you prefer, we can do an online demonstration via screenshare.


Do You Offer Custom Programming, or Custom Features by Request?

We’re always working on ways to improve our software. So we already have a development queue that goes out a year or so. BUT, we’re always looking for good ideas and ways to make Service Wiz® better for our clients. Our standard development fee is currently $85 per hour. If the feature request makes sense, we can likely take care of it. Just reach out to us.


How Do I Get Started?

To get started using Service Wiz®, go to our pricing page and choose the plan that best fits your needs. Once you choose a plan, you will fill out a quick form check out. You will get an introductory email with useful links.


What If I Pay For a Year Subscription And Later Need to Cancel?

As you know, you get quite a break on the monthly subscription fee by paying it as an annual amount. However, you’re still able to cancel if you’re on the annual payment plan, but we require 90 days’ notice to cancel. After the 90 days, we’ll provide a prorated refund, based on how many calendar months are left in your paid annual subscription. Example: Subscribe in January and pay the annual amount, but then you send us written notice of cancellation in April. We’ll then add 3 months to the date of your cancellation request (April), which will mean your account will cancel in July. We would then provide a refund for August – January, which is 6 months or 50% of the subscription. You would then receive a 50% refund of the annual amount paid. NOTE: Details on this are provided in the Invoicing and Payment section of our Terms & Conditions.


What If I’m on a Monthly Subscription and Need to Cancel?

You can cancel your Service Wiz® monthly subscription at any time via written notice. On our monthly billing, you’re paying for the month in advance. Just send us written notice at any time, and your subscription will be canceled. There is no refund provided when cancelling our monthly subscription (other than in the first 30 days), as you’re only paying month to month. NOTE: Details on this are provided in the Invoicing and Payment section of our Terms & Conditions.


What Is Your Refund Policy?

We do offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee if you cancel your membership within the first 30 days. After that you can cancel your membership at anytime.
