Creating quotes and estimates is super simple with Service Wiz. Just enter the customer's information, and then choose what inventory items will be included. You may also add any labor charges to be included.

Once created you can easily email or print a quote to present to your customer with the click of a button.

Quotes can quickly be converted to work orders and invoices with the click of a button.

Work Order Management

Service Wiz allows you to create work orders from service calls, quotes or invoices. They can be assigned to a service tech and scheduled easily from your dashboard. Once a work order is created it is added to the service tech's work schedule.

Service technicians can capture the customers signature after work is completed, so you have a signed record of work satisfaction for each work order completed.

Work orders are treated the same as a service call but are implemented after a contract has been made with your customer.

Invoice Management

Creating invoices with Service Wiz is quick and simple. If you have already created a quote or work order, you can convert those with the click of a button. Otherwise you just need to enter the customer's information, the items listed on the invoice and it is ready to send to the customer.

You can print the invoice from your dashboard, or with the click of a button email the invoice to your customer.

You can enter your inventory, along with cost and retail price. Once inventory is entered, when you are creating a quote, work order or invoice, your inventory is used and cost is calculated automatically.

When and invoice is created your inventory is adjusted so that you can keep track of products and parts you have on-hand. This makes parts ordering a breeze.

Online Payments

Remove any obstructions to getting paid by allowing your customers to pay their invoices online. They can either follow a link provided on their invoice, or you can use our simple point-of-sale style payment screen to receive payments in person *.
